What if I need to expedite a deposit? Wires or transfers from an existing account can be used to deposit funds into your account within 1-2 business days. Overnight service can also be used to expedite the deposit of a check into your account. |

When is interest deposited to my account? Interest is paid monthly on our Block Interest Bearing Checking and Money Market accounts. Interest is paid quarterly on Block Savings accounts. Interest on CD and IRA accounts can be paid monthly, quarterly or upon maturity, at the customer's option. Please note that Interest Bearing Checking accounts only receive interest when the balance is $500 or more. Money Market accounts only receive interest when the balance is $1,000 or more. |

How do I set up direct deposit to my account? Payroll direct deposit requires that 1) your employer supports this method of payment and 2) you submit the proper paperwork to your employer to route payment to your account. Please check with your employer on setting up direct deposit to your H&R Block account. |

How do I setup regular systematic deposits (automated savings plan)? Setting up a regular systematic ACH transfer from an existing account at another bank (e.g., checking) into your Block savings, money market or IRA is a great way to build your savings. In order to set up a systematic deposit, you will need to provide us the necessary routing and account information, using the following form. How do I turn off direct deposit or other forms of regular systematic deposits? You must contact your employer's Human Resources or Payroll department to cancel payroll direct deposit. You can cancel a systematic ACH transfer by simply contacting us at 1-888-OUR-HRBB. If you are changing the amount or timing of an existing ACH, you must indicate so in writing using the following form. |

Can I deposit money at my local H&R Block Tax or Financial Advisor office? No. H&R Block Tax and Financial Advisor locations are not Bank branches and as such, are not equipped to accept deposits. |

Will I be charged an ATM fee? While H&R Block Bank does not charge additional fees for ATM usage, many ATM owners will charge a fee called "surcharges" for use of their machine.
