Open an Account
It's quick and easy to apply for an H&R Block Bank account. Just follow the instructions below, print an application and mail it to us.
 
 
Application Instructions

  1.  Select the application form below for the type of account you want to open.
  2.  Print the form and fill in your personal information. Please remember to sign the application form.
  3.  Make your first deposit with a personal check, cashier's check or money order made payable to you with your signature. You can also make your initial deposit or on-going systematic contributions in the form of an ACH transfer from an existing account. If you want to open your account this way, please complete the ACH form and include it with your application.
  4.  Mail the application with your first deposit (or ACH request) to the address shown at the bottom of the form.

Once we receive the application and initial deposit (or ACH request), your application will be processed. Once everything is approved, you will receive your account information in the mail along with your new account number. If we have questions, we will contact you via the phone number, e-mail or postal address you provided on your application.
