Regular full- and part-time associates of H&R Block are eligible to participate in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Here, vacation begins to accrue from your date of hire as a regular-full or part-time associate and on each calendar date thereafter. Vacation grants are earned based on a monthly accrual made at the end of each calendar month. The amount of vacation accrued is based on years of service on January 1st of each year.
