What makes H&R Block so special? Well, we think it's pretty simple. We believe in

Yes, a sizeable challenge for any company to master. Luckily, we had a great start --
thanks to the brothers Henry and Richard Bloch. They instilled these values into our
company from the get-go, and in the process, defined our culture and helped shape our
history. We've been following these values ever since. They're what helped make us an
international leader in tax return preparation, and they've even helped us expand into
newer areas, including such retail products as financial planning, mortgage lending, and
e-commerce. It's no wonder we'll be relying on these values as we tackle new solutions and
