Each H&R Block franchise office is independently owned and operated. The acquisition of an existing franchise is a purchase of an independently owned business. To inquire about the purchase of an existing business, you will arrange the terms of the purchase with the selling Franchisee. You will be required to meet H&R Block's qualifications to purchase the franchise.
