If you have forgotten your password, please follow the directions below:

On the H&R Block At Home Online sign in screen, click the Forgot my password link in blue to the right of the Password field.

Enter your username and the last 5 digits of your social security number then click the Find My Account button.

The security question you chose when you created your account will appear.

Enter your response to the security question and click the Submit button.

In the Create password field, enter a new password. Your new password must be 7-15 characters in length and can be a
combination of upper and lowercase letters and numbers, and/or special characters.
- Re-enter the new password and click the Go To My Account button.
