Forgot Username
If you have forgotten your username, please follow the directions below:
- On the H&R Block At Home Online sign in screen, click the blue link labeled Unable to access your account found under the password field.
- On the Forgot Account Information page select My username and click Next.
- Enter the e-mail address used when the account was created and click Submit. (Note: This is to identify the account, an e-mail will not be sent to you at this point in the process.)
- You will receive notification that an e-mail has been sent to you. Check your e-mail for a message from H&R Block. (Note: If the you no longer have access to the e-mail address mentioned on this screen, click the link at the end of the link If you don't have access to this e-mail, click here.)
- Your username will be found near the top of the e-mail. Clicking the link in the e-mail will return you to the login page.
