Tammy Serati is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for H&R Block responsible for HR strategy and planning, recruiting, organizational development, talent management, compensation and benefits, associate and leadership development, and community relations.
Before joining H&R Block in December 2002, Serati led the Corporate Staff Human Resources function for Monsanto Co. in St. Louis. In addition, she held positions at Monsanto as the Human Resources lead for the company's Nutrition & Consumer Sector, Human Resources Director of the Consumer Food Division, and Employee Development and Services Director for The NutraSweet Co., a subsidiary of Monsanto.
Serati has both a master's degree in human resources and labor relations and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati. She serves on the HR Advisory Board for the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
