Why can't I log in to my Tango account?
H&R Block has decided to suspend the Tango product for the 2008 tax season. We encourage customers interested in preparing their taxes online to try our sister program TaxCut. TaxCut allows users to prepare their own taxes, while also accessing the tax expertise of our tax professionals across the country.

Why won't Tango be released this year?
H&R Block has decided to focus on improving the TaxCut product line for this year. We continue to evaluate the innovative approach of Tango in a Research & Development capacity. Tango's unique approach to tax preparation and support will be integrated into other product offerings in the future.

How can I compare what I entered through Tango last year?
At the end of each tax season we remove the prior year interview from the Web site so that we can load the updated current year interview. Even if Tango had been released for the 2008 tax season, you would not have been able to compare line by line what had been entered in the prior year.

Can I import my Tango data into TaxCut, an H&R Block Office, or other H&R Block product?
No, unfortunately Tango data cannot be imported into other H&R Block products.

Is there an online program available that will allow my information to be stored locally rather than at H&R Block?
Unfortunately, no there is not. We recommend that customers who are interested in saving their data locally use TaxCut software. TaxCut software allows you to save all of your data locally.
