* While you may always attempt to e-file, the IRS and state departments of revenue have stringent
e-file requirements. We'll tell you if we think your return contains an error that would prevent you
from e-filing and offer assistance to correct any errors before you attempt to e-file. However, some
returns just can't be e-filed and must be printed and mailed. If that's the case, we'll make it easy
by including mailing instructions with your printed return. And we'll also make ugly faces at the
computer with you.
