What's in the program ...
  • Profile Management
  • Document Management
  • Built-in Guidance
  • Video Help
Real Estate Attorney is the easy-to-use, do-it-yourself alternative to hiring a real estate agent.
With comprehensive tools to help you buy or sell your home, Real Estate Attorney makes preparing common real estate forms, contracts and documents easy.
  • Prepare to buy or sell a property.
  • Create a residential or commercial lease.
  • Get valuable home sale and purchase worksheets.
  • Utilize landlord and tenant documentation to help your individual situation.
This software is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Negotiating or drafting legal documents yourself could save you money on attorney fees, but may also expose you to risks. The facts of your personal situation, along with your state's specific laws, and changes in the law that may have occurred after the production of this software make it advisable to consult an attorney before finalizing any legal documents.
Customizable — Choose from an extensive list of customizable documents and forms for all of your do-it-yourself real estate needs.

Buying a Home — Easy, step-by-step guidance for buying a home, including a comprehensive Home Purchase Worksheet and Buy Agreement.

Selling a Home — Includes worksheets and documents to help with the sale of your residence. From a Home Sale Worksheet to a Moving Checklist, Real Estate Attorney has you covered.

Renting or Leasing Property — Protect yourself when renting or leasing property. Real Estate Attorney provides guidance to aid in a rental inspection, as well as rental agreements to ensure you're in control.

Landlord — If you own rental property, use Real Estate Attorney to help you manage your small business. With Lease and Rental Agreements and common documents such as a Rental Application, Eviction Notice Worksheet or Landlord's Notice to Enter, manage your properties and tenants with ease.
100% Satisfaction Money-back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with Home & Business Attorney, return it within 60 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full purchase price (less taxes, shipping and handling).

  • NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE
    COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS

All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

The term "noninterest-bearing transaction account" includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It also includes Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs"). It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, and money-market deposit accounts.

For more information about temporary FDIC insurance coverage of transaction accounts, visit www.fdic.gov.
