What does "No Change" mean?
If you see "No Change" listed in the Results section, it means that you should already be expecting a refund. Unfortunately, payroll departments don't normally let you reduce your withholding below certain limits, and we don't know what your current withholding arrangement is - we only know what's been withheld up to this point in the year. As a result, we aren't able to make a recommendation to you for reducing your withholding even further. If you would like to reduce your withholding, you will need to talk to your payroll department.
