FAQs

You should consider a Second Look® review if you filed your taxes in the past three years and want to make sure everything was done right. It’s especially helpful if you think you might have missed credits or deductions, filed with someone else, or prepared your own return. The review checks for errors, missed tax breaks, and even issues that could lead to IRS notices.

There’s no paperwork needed. Once you provide consent, your tax pro will handle the rest.

The review itself is free. If you decide to amend your return, there’s a fee based on the complexity of the changes and the level of service you choose. Most amended returns usually start around $99.
